"Really confused by the poor packaging??"
My order showed up in this super thin box with barely any padding inside, which was kind of confusing?? The corners were all crushed, and one of the items had marks on it. It looked like it was packed in a rush or just tossed together. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the packaging was disappointing.
"Small mix-up with my order"
I ordered two bits and one of them turned up in the wrong size. To be fair, they did get back to me, but the response was a little slow and I had to send photos to show the issue. It wasn’t a huge problem in the end, just a bit frustrating when you expect the order to be right the first time.

I was expecting a little more for what it cost. It’s not awful or anything, but it didn’t really feel like good value to me. I also got the impression that my message or feedback wasn’t really read, which made the whole experience feel kind of impersonal. I probably wouldn’t spend this much on it again...

"Return was easy, but I expected an apology"
The return process itself was easy, which I appreciated. The refund did take a few days to come through, though. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I was expecting at least a quick apology for the inconvenience.

My order showed up just fine, and the quality surprised me. It feels really solid, and it looks nice too, which I wasn’t totally expecting. I’ve only had it for a bit, but no issues so far. Just overall happy with it.

"Really unclear communication"
I had a frustrating experiance with raveno.co.uk. The replies I got didn’t really answer what I was asking, and a few parts were worded so oddly that I had to go back and ask again.
It just felt like no one was properly explaining things or taking the time to be clear. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the communication was poor and it ended up wasting alot of time...

I used Raveno.co.uk and overall it was okay, but I got the impression it’s still a bit rough around the edges. Some pages seemed to load slower than I expected, and I found myself clicking around more than I should’ve just to get basic info. It does the job, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but from the way it feels to use, I kind of assume it could use a bit more polish. The mobile experience could definitely be better too.
